Eline Rosina is a Dutch jewelry brand renowned for its stunning collection of earrings, necklaces, and rings. Reflecting the essence of luxury, Eline Rosina aims to captivate its audience with breathtaking designs. In February 2020, a collaboration was initiated with Eline Rosina on behalf of the minor online management at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. The project's goal was to offer consult on increasing conversion rates for their website.

An in-depth analysis of Eline Rosina's website, conducted through Google Analytics, revealed the most critical pages requiring improvement. Based on behavioral design principles and methods, a set of recommendations were developed to enhance the site's appeal and effectiveness.The previous inspiration page featured a monotonous collection of photos that appeared too similar, resulting in an uninviting user experience. To better cater to the inspiration seekers' preferences, several essential modifications were made:

Hierarchy through titles and categorization: Implementing a well-structured layout with clear titles and categories enabled users to navigate the inspiration page effortlessly. This organization allowed visitors to find content that resonated with their personal style and preferences quickly.

Featured items and influencer collaboration: Curated products showcased alongside relevant influencers transformed the inspiration page into a dynamic and engaging experience. This approach fostered a sense of exclusivity and aspiration among users while presenting the brand's offerings in an appealing context.

Through these targeted improvements, Eline Rosina successfully elevated its online presence, capturing the attention of the inspiration seeker and driving increased conversions. The refined website now reflects the brand's luxurious aesthetic, while delivering an inspiring and seamless user experience tailored to the needs of its most valuable customer segment.
